BAER Imagery Support Data Download
This is a portal for data created by USFS-RSAC and USGS-EROS in support of BAER teams. The data are organized by year and administration. Click on the Preliminary Data "Download" link to the right of the fire record for a zip file including change detection imagery and reflectance imagery, when available. Click on the Soil Burn Severity "Download" link to the right of the fire to download the Soil Burn Severity data, when available.
BARC Availability
Prior to 2012, RSAC has included the Burned Area Reflectance Classification (BARC) products in the data bundles for public distribution. Due to a change in policy we no longer publicly distribute the BARC products. When available we will distribute the final Soil Burn Severity (SBS), which is the field verified version of the BARC.
